At Irundin, we believe that values are not just words, but principles that guide our day-to-day work and the way we do things. And because values only make sense when they are shared and lived, we decided to present and celebrate them together at a unique conference in Ficoba.
A CONFERENCE TO SHARE, RECOGNISE AND CELEBRATE
We brought together the whole Irundin team in a space that allowed us to reflect, connect and feel part of a common project. The day not only served to officially present our values, but was also an opportunity to reinforce each person's commitment to them. Through group dynamics we were able to see how each of us contributes to making Irundin a more solid, innovative and customer-oriented company.
