One example is the touchscreen built in all IRUNDIN machines and the management program for the entire bottling process. It is configured to be highly intuitive and can be customised to production needs. It provides information on how work in progress is advancing and whether it is necessary to modify or schedule its development. This data can be parametrised and exported to other devices.

In the case of the most advanced models, this automation also includes everything associated to the machine's cleaning system, such as levelling, sterilisation, and rinsing. Likewise, statics and incidents can also be checked, if they were recorded.

Monitoring is precisely another important aspect that, thanks to new technological developments, is constantly evolving. IRUNDIN enables remote connection, which has meant a leap forward in maintenance with a more effective technical service. Our staff can intervene in customers’ facilities around the world from our facilities in order to verify operation and make any changes necessary.
